There's Sunsets Bar with nice shots right at the venue. Our room had a sunny balcony and ocean was in the view. Good value, you might want to try it.

We loved capistrano surfside inn. Location within 4 miles of san clemente pier. Staff at the hotel were accommodating

Best resort experience. An interesting base place for exploring Dana Point. It took 5 minutes to reach South Day Use Beach on foot.
